Terms of Use
The basics
Forge is a community for meeting training partners, finding workouts, and training together. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older. Forge is not intended for anyone under 18, and we remove accounts we find belonging to minors.
- One account per person, with accurate information. Impersonation and fake profiles are grounds for removal.
Community rules
- Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior gets you banned.
- No objectionable content. This includes sexually explicit material, violence, illegal activity, and content that targets people based on who they are.
- No spam, scams, solicitation, or commercial promotion.
- Meet safely — Forge connects athletes, but you're responsible for your in-person meetups.
Reporting and moderation
You can report any profile, post, or message from within the app, and you can block any member at any time. We review every report within 24 hours and remove content or accounts that break these rules. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion, with or without notice, when we believe the rules have been broken or a member's safety is at risk.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive members.
Your content
You own what you post. You give Forge a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it in the app so the service works. That license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we need to retain something to comply with the law or resolve a safety issue. Verification photos are used only for verification and are never shown to other members.
Training disclaimer
Forge is not a medical or coaching service. Train within your abilities; consult a physician before starting a new training program. You are solely responsible for your own safety, including when meeting other members in person.
The service, as-is
Forge is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't vet members beyond photo verification — verification confirms a real person, not that someone is trustworthy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge Endurance Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or from interactions with other members.
Termination
You can delete your account any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we'll update the effective date above and notify you in the app. Continuing to use Forge after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
