Common questions

• Delete your account. Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent, and your data is erased within 30 days. Can't open the app? Email us from your account email and we'll delete it for you.
• Verification stuck? Retake the photo in good light, facing the camera, with no hat or sunglasses. Still stuck? Email us.
• Disconnect Strava. Profile → Settings → Connected apps.
• Report a member. Tap ··· on any profile or message. We review reports within 24 hours.
