Terms of Use
The basics
Forge is a community for meeting training partners, finding workouts and training together. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older. We remove accounts that belong to minors.
- One account per person, with accurate information. Impersonation and fake profiles are removed.
Community rules
- Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech and abusive behavior get you banned.
- No objectionable content, including sexually explicit material, violence, illegal activity and content that targets people for who they are.
- No spam, scams, solicitation or commercial promotion.
- Meet safely. You're responsible for your in-person meetups.
Reporting and moderation
You can report any profile, post or message in the app and block any member at any time. We review every report within 24 hours and remove content or accounts that break these rules. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion, with or without notice, when we believe the rules have been broken or a member's safety is at risk.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive members.
Your content
You own what you post. You give Forge a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it in the app so the service works. That license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep something to comply with the law or resolve a safety issue. Verification photos are used only for verification and are never shown to other members.
Training disclaimer
Forge is not a medical or coaching service. Train within your abilities and consult a physician before starting a new training program. You are solely responsible for your own safety, including when meeting other members in person.
The service as is
Forge is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error free. Photo verification confirms a member is a real person, not that they are trustworthy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge Endurance Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or from interactions with other members.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
If we materially change these terms, we'll update this page and its date and tell you in the app. Using Forge after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
